Very awesome place, first time being here, highly recommend it, good food, large portions at a decent price

First time here, clean, folks are kind. Food was GOOD. Our server wasnt attentive, always have to hail her down for refills, etc.,... other than that, i would go here again. Next time I'll try the drinks (it was lunch time when we went)

My my my.... I went for the 1st time ever. Great atmosphere and fast friendly staff. Well I ordered the jambalaya pasta and it was so good. The flavor was so delicious with a lil kick. Ill be back definitely to try other menu items.

First off, my waiter Adrian was awesome. He checked in on us constantly and asked if we needed anything each and every time. He made small talk which I love in a waiter [by the way ladies, he was adorable]. Our meal (fried gator tails, crawfish popcorn, seafood gumbo and fried pickles, all tasted amazing and was very fresh. All of the staff and manager were polite and helpful. I would most definitely visit again.

Food was great but service not so much. Appateizers never came and had to ask and got them at the end of the meal. I might come back but not for the service.

This place was absolutely amazing ! I will be going back before my time here in TX ends

Had a great experience today! It was my husband's first-time there and the gator punch is no joke. We were celebrating our four year wedding anniversary and the staff was really nice. Food was great as well. Thanks Razoos!!!

Update to this review...I received a reply from I believe the GM for Razoos. During a call we discussed the details of my visit. The call was very reassuring and ended with a gift card offer. So I am waiting for that. I appreciate the attempt to address dissatisfaction to the consumer. So I changed the rating from 1 to 3 stars for reaching out. Customer service is key in any business. Was a 1 star.I got the shrimp and grits, there was not much flavor and some of the shrimp and sauce were scorched. My boys ordered a fish pot bou and popcorn shrimp and fries. They enjoyed their meals. I was given the option to order something else and ordered the fish po boy to go. There were no hush puppies and the fish was extremely small, you can see from pictures nothing like the 1st po boy order. Always seen to have a bad experience here. The manager didn't stop st the table and seen to avoid me. So time to stop going there.

Love the vibe! My son loves the fried crawfish appetizers. This is one of our favorite hangout. One of the best seafood eatery in this area. I love the seafood platter and excellent customer service! 💕👍👍

Delicious food! I loved my food that I had. I was pretty worried about what to order just because it's easy to ruin a seafood dish, in my opinion. But I wasn't disappointed with the stuffed fish. And rat toes aren't rat toes! Get them if you can handle a jalapeno. I was happy that I went here. The waitress was nice and attentive. I enjoyed my time here. I wish they had a lunch menu. If they do have one, I wasn't provided with one for reasons unknown. I recommend this place for some good seafood dishes.

Food is always good here. Service is always above grade and our waitress Dee was amazing! We drive an hour each way to visit. Wonderful servers like Dee make it worth the trip!

The food was very good. We ordered the fried pickles and rat toes for an appetizer. Both very delicious. My wife is not a fan of spicy so she had the salmon. I ordered the tricky fish. We. With really enjoyed them. I had a Nola tea and she had a frozen margarita. Again both very good. The only complain we both had was that the place was very loud making it hard to have a quiet conversation. This was our second time eating here. We will go again for sure.

I had the sampler skillet and it was delicious, service was great. I particularly liked the red beans and rice, et touffe and the sausage. Red beans and rice was exceptional!!

Food as far as taste was amazing but service needs a lot of work. My “stuffing” under the fish was cold. Besides that everything else was hot. My family and I were seated at our table and it took 15 minute for a server to even greet us. We were helped by 3 different people so we had no clue who the server was no one gave their name. We sat and watched while other servers greeted their section and promptly got their drinks while we waited bc no one was to be found.

Excellent food and good service. Would have been 5 stars but they skipped us several times before seating us.

This is a pretty good restaurant. Not what i would call authentic but still good. Service has always been on par, when i order online the food is always quick and hot.

We visited family in Killeen, driving up from Round Rock & had a craving for Cajun. I'm happy to say that Razoo's did not let us down! Shane was a friendly & very efficient server. The food was FANTASTIC & very filling. Some family members had never been & loved it so much they plan on coming back on their own! Thank you for giving them such a great experience Shane!

Beware of food poisoning!!! My husband got a seafood poisoning from here. We shared an appetizer, cocktails and a dessert. i ordered hickory burger and he ordered seafood combo platter. After the meal we went to the movie theater (movie started at 20:20) and he started to vomit more than 10 times at the theater. We weren’t able to finish the movie and just headed back to home. he’s still vomiting right now. I have no issue cuz I didn’t try his seafood platter(i don’t eat seafood). This wasn’t our first time here, we’ve eaten at Razzoo’s a lot. We loved this place but I think this is going to be the last visit. I don’t know what exactly happened at the kitchen, but I guess either they used contaminated seafood or stored seafood in a wrong way. (We visited on Jan.03 2020, arrived around 18:30 and left 19:30-19:40)

The food was delicious! Closest to New Orleans you're going to get in the area. Food full of flavor and friendly service. Our server Dominique gave us by the far the best service and experience we've ever had here. So incredibly kind, friendly, efficient, and checked on us the whole time. Great conversation and so helpful with our ordering. Highly recommend this place just for her service.

I love this place the atmosphere is really nice!! I love the crawfish fondue and the stuffed fish is amazing.. don't forget the drinks and the zydeco dancer

Food is pretty good here. Just a heads up they don’t show you what the food looks like so if you don’t know southern food it’ll be a lil hard. I also asked for there blackberry had squeezed lemonade and my waitress said they where out. Five min later I see a couple be seated and they asked their waitress and she brought them some. So over all good food and service depends on your waiter. Also with all the things floating over you and all the wall kinda takes away your appetite once you start to see all the dust.

I can say without a doubt, For my first time at ANY Cajun Restuarant, This Razzoo's definitely takes the cake for me. My server, Todd, excellently waited my wife and I's table, and he was incredibly professional! If you ever get him as a waiter, expect top-notch customer service! Will DEFINITELY return! First timers, I recommend the Rat's Toes! Best Jalapeño poppers you'll ever taste!

The best service as always. All the food was cooked to our liking. The oysters were the best.

Pretty good place to hang out and have a couple of fruity drinks. The bowls are always fun. The food here is tasty. Keep in mind lots of it is fried. The fried pickles are good. So is the shrimp and grits. My daughter enjoys the jambalaya pasta. Take this from a person who is not from Louisiana and has had decent experiences at this restaurant. This is a good chain restaurant given the options in the Ft Hood area.

Great customer service!!! Sat at the bar, and even tho it was busy they immediately greeted us and got our drink order!! Food came out quick and was freshly cooked, we really love the gator appetizer. Loved the ouch sauce they have, ask your server for it, it's SOooo good 💯😍🔥😎

Excellent food and reat atmosphere. Reminds me of New Orleans, Louisiana. Tried the fried pickles and they were pretty good. Lots of selection to choose from.

Service is always awesome and so is the food. I have no complaints

So we had to wait about 20 minutes to get in which is fine because I understand with the coronavirus.. but it took about 30 minutes for someone to help us and take our order. Then it was the girl working the bar I felt so bad because she was doing so many things on top of having to help us. There was one waitress there who had her mask hooked to her loop earrings and was just hanging it wasnt even on her face. The food wasnt what I was expecting.

Ordered thru doordash and received food within 40 minutes. Food was delicious! Arrived in a nice package and the food did not disappoint! The boudin balls and spicy sauce had a great kick as well as the hush puppies. I ordered the shrimp poboy with chips (made in house) and hubby ordered buttermilk chicken sandwich. Both were superb. I tried his, too. The bread on both were toasted yet soft. Nothing was dry. Will definitely order again!I attended LSU back in the day and this brought me back! Loved the flavors!☺️

This was my first time here and it was amazing. The atmosphere was awesome. By boys had a great time. My wife and I had po boys and they were outstanding. We also had gator tail. I was blown away how great it was. The facility was clean abd the employees were very kind. Our waitress (Ms. Toni) was so helpful and made us feel relaxed and hungry. I highly recommend this place and Ms. Toni.

Server was able to recall what each person in our party of 12 had ordered. He had knowledge of the entire menue. The first server shift ended, and the new server was just as professional. Our food was presented with no flaws. I recommend this location for small parties and definitely for a large party.

The alligator was amazing and so was the shrimp! Our waiter was on point too! I highly recommend the alligator!!

I love this location and always stop by when I get a chance. The staff is very attentive and the management always ensures you have a great visit. Most importantly, the food is always consistently amazing and always the way it should be.

The food and ambiance are excellent, along with superb service! Our server, Leilani, anticipated our needs perfectly and was so sweet. We highly recommend this excellent restaurant to all!

Food was great and my service sitting at the bar was good. My favorite thing about this place is the sauce that comes with the Boudin balls. Nice and spicy. I'll be back.

Got the fried shrimp platter and it did not disappoint. Garlic bread was yummy too. Definitely worth a try and server was friendly and accommodating!

This is one of my favorite restaurants of all time! The cherry mustard sounds gross, but it's one of the best things you'll ever have in your life. I have tried almost everything on the menu here, and have loved every item. You won't regret it.

Uh...it's fine. Would have given it three stars but the waiters and waitresses were absolutely great. Food was okay but not authentic for Louisiana food but not why I came here. I had sometime before my movie started and wanted a beer. The old fashion was quite pleasant and the IPA selection was good.

Stationed @ Ft. Polk for 5 yrs back in the day.. Have eaten at Razzoos several times throughout the years @ the Hood location. Consistancy is what you get! Had the boiled crawfish, Very small but it is the early season.. Date had shrimp and grits. Luv'd um!! Beer was fresh tapped and yummy! Our server was super Central Texas friendly and was attentive to our needs.. Living on the Mexican Border, customer service isn't something your use to.. Nice change of pace here!!! Plotted.. Scouts out.

This was my 1st visit and it was great! My waitress Julia was Awesome and very attentive to me and my family!! she will definitely be requested every time we go!! The stuff Shrimp that she suggested was so good! Thanks for the great experience
